The Daily Meditation is based on the traditional Morning Prayer (Rite
II). It includes prayers, psalms, and readings from the four Gospels of
the New Testament. The psalms and Gospel readings are selected according
to the Revised Common Lectionary for Sundays and the Book of Common
Prayer for weekdays.
